For the third year in a row, demonstrators will show up at Creech Air Force Base in Indian Springs, Nevada, to stop the US use of drones in war.
The dates are April 23-29 for 2017.

You can register for the event on this website. Thank you to Blaise Bonpain on KPFK for alerting me to this movement.
On January 29, a drone attack on a village in Yemen killed an 8-year-old girl along with about thirty others from one village, including about ten women and children.
As Nawar Al-Awlaki was bleeding, she reassured her mother, "Don't cry, Mama. I'm fine, I'm fine."

Here are blogger Glenn Greenwald's comments on the earlier drone killing of the girl's older brother:

This may be the year I do my first demonstration against a US military base in Nevada. I don't want to spend my time driving out there to protest, but this killing of civilians by drones seeking someone else has to stop.
