Sarin gas attack kills babies, children, others

Easily the winner of most heart-breaking news story of the day: the gas attack by the Assad government on the people of Idlib.

The photos of dead children and babies are horrific.
Estimates are 100 dead and many more poisoned but surviving.

The only hope: that this attack will topple Bashar al-Assad and his government.

Even the current US government, through Sean Spicer, has spoken out against it.

I call on all nations to pressure Putin to drop Russian support of Assad.

France has taken steps to convene an emergency meeting of the UN Security Council.

@EliotHiggins has tweeted the following:

Pin point pupils, one sign Sarin is the possible chemical weapon used in today's attack. Also no smell of chlorine https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZTszOjAZNtI&t=3s  pic.twitter.com/UTD96ruCI6
