I didn't believe it: the news today that dt signed a proclamation declaring April 2017 to be National Sexual Awareness and Prevention Month.

Turns out it's true, but it's still a joke.
Never mind that President Obama signed such a proclamation in 2016 and 2015.
For dt to do so, after boasting of sexual assault, is both tragedy and comedy.
Tragedy that such a fool actually was elected president.
Comedy that his job forced him to sign the proclamation drawn up by the National Sexual Violence Resource Center .
Poetic justice in that he has already done more to promote sexual assault awareness than any other president or senator or representative in US history.
Whether he has done anything to promote sexual assault prevention remains, well, up for grabs.
