In memoir class today, Barbara Abercrombie read this quote. Then she asked us to write:
1) about a time when you needed power
~ or ~
2) about a time you were bitten.
She also read two poems by Wislawa Szymborska:
"Photograph from September 11"
"The End and the Beginning."
