Women's History -- Stolen

We know that men often get credit for the ideas and even accomplishments of women.

Even the things they actually do are often made possible by the support of women who birthed and raised them, married and fed and cleaned and ran errands for them, gave them emotional support and children, etc.

Here's a great sampling by Mother Jones of accomplishments by women that men have taken credit for.  Thanks to my friend Sharon for this link.

It begins with paleolithic cave paintings, continues with Mary Shelley's novel Frankenstein, and ends with Kanye West claiming he made Taylor Swift famous.

Thus the need for women's history month, now beginning...
